Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist at our law firm, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls.
  • Greeting and directing office guests in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
  • Processing incoming mail, scanning, copying, and filing documents.
  • Operating office equipment, such as fax/scan/copy machines, computers, and phones.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
